If you look at this level in Forge, you may notice a little square poly that's completely unconnected from the rest of the map and has 8 monsters in it. The sole reason for this is to make the Extermination goal work right. If you set a level to Extermination, it will allow 8 monsters to stay alive while allowing you to complete the level. Just stick 8 monsters off somewhere the player will never see them, and problem solved!

Note that if the level is also marked as Rebellion, the 8 monsters are not needed. In fact, if you put them in, the level will be unfinishable.

Only other trick to mention -- talking to the Keeper works by a variation of the invisible switch trick used in level 2 (Arrival). I'm sure you can figure it out.
