The Federation
The Federation of Ostina 1 is composed completely of humans. For many
years, now, the Federation has founght an unending battle against the
Tarkyl. However, the alien forces, no longer being technologically
superior as they once were, are beginning to see the tide of the war turn
against them.
The Federation's somewhat gaudy color scheme (orange and blue) came from
everyone's favorite toys, Legos. I was never content to stick with the
instructions, and built both the X83 and X97 from Ice Planet 2002 blocks
many years ago. They were the basis for the whole Quantumire concept, in
